KYOTO Shaping the Future - Urban Dietary LandscapeExhibition Concept (C) Kyoto Institute of Technology

The KYOTO Design Lab at Kyoto Institute of Technology (KIT) has launched a biennial project KYOTO Shaping the Future, interacting with various collaborators to develop proposals for urban redesign. This inaugural project in 2020 will be themed Urban Dietary Landscape. The exhibition will present research on the circular food system from a historical point of view. Combining this with cutting-edge technology, it endeavors to depict the potential for a future city derived from “dietary culture”.
