Ticket refund：

Tickets will be refunded from Mar. 17(Tue), 2020, at ROHM Theatre Kyoto and Kyoto Concert Hall.
Please see below for refund methods.
Ticket refund is available from Mar. 17(Tue) to Mar. 30 (Mon), 2020.

■If you have purchased your tickets at ROHM Theatre Kyoto or Kyoto Concert Hall, either online, by phone calls or in person at the box offices:
The ticket costs, payment fees, ticket issuing fees, delivery costs and postal costs for returning the tickets will be refunded.

You purchased at ROHM Theatre Kyoto or Kyoto Concert Hall Ticket Counters:

ROHM Theatre Kyoto Ticket Counter will call you regard the refund.

Only undamaged tickets are eligible for refund. Please keep your ticket safe for your refund.
If you wish to make the refund at the box offices:

Please bring your undamaged ticket to ROHM Theatre Kyoto or Kyoto Concert Hall Ticket Counters.
The refund will be made onsite.

If you wish to have the refund by bank transfer:

1. ROHM Theatre Kyoto will send you the refund form. Please fill in the form and return it (and your tickets if they are already being issued) to ROHM Theatre Kyoto at the following address by special recorded mail.

2. The payment will be transferred within about two-weeks’ time after ROHM Theatre Kyoto receiving the form and the purchased tickets.
   * Please use the special recorded mail. Please note that, if you use the ordinary mail service and the postal accidents occur, we will not be able to make the refund.
