NAQUYO―The Visionary Universe of Heian-kyoKYOTO STEAM in collaboration with MUTEK.JP

In partnership with MUTEK.JP, which holds the MUTEK festival of music and digital art with cutting-edge technology, KYOTO STEAM—International Arts × Science Festival is undertaking the art project NAQUYO—The Visionary Universe of Heian-kyo—KYOTO STEAM in collaboration with MUTEK.JP in 2020 and 2021.

In 2021, the project works with new collaborators and sound materials to integrate the latest 3D audio technology for a spatial installation and live performance.

Experience fresh sensations and resonances recreating the soundscape of Heian-kyo through your whole body, and the mindscape that emerges from this.
