HIxTO「bug」

This is an exhibition and performance by the artist collective HIxTO, in which the bugs that appear as unexpected errors are reinterpreted as an evolutionary turning point for survival. “Confronting the bugs for the sake of evolution, we attempt to create a space where we can rethink about what it means to live and experience the very act of living with others,” the collective says in its artist statement for bug. “This work faces the bugs in which we find new value and creativity, rethinks living, and creates. bug embodies the very act of living with others.”
