LEASING OF VISUALS FOR PUBLICITY
Publicity visuals for KYOTO STEAM – International Arts x Science Festival – can be leased upon request. If you wish to do so, please fill out the following application form and submit it via email. You will receive an email with the link and login details to download the publicity visuals within 3 days (excluding national holidays and weekends) after submitting your application. If you do not hear from us after 3 days, please contact us again.
In addition, when a leased publicity visual is to be published in an article or other media, we need to approve the name of the artist, title of the work, etc., therefore we kindly ask you to submit a draft of the publicity layout with the visual and text to our PR representative in advance of the publication. We will get in touch with you after confirming the contents in about 3 days (excluding national holidays and weekends).
